Return & Refund Policy
At Panvola, we take pride in the quality of our drinkware. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’re here to make it right.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your drinkware must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any drinkware that has been used, washed, or removed from its original protective wrapping.
2. Items Exempt from Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

Used Drinkware: Any mugs, tumblers, or bottles that have been used.

Personalized Items: Custom-printed or engraved products.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on "Sale" are final.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. How to Start a Return
Because we utilize a distributed fulfillment network, return addresses vary depending on your location and the specific warehouse that processed your order.
Please do not mail your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the specific return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

Ship the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at the designated warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Items returned with missing parts, damage not due to our error, or items returned after the 30-day window may only qualify for a partial refund.
5. Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility: If the return is the result of our error—such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—Panvola will cover all return shipping costs. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping expenses.

Deductions: For standard returns, if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if a prepaid label was used) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Tracking & Insurance: For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your drinkware arrives broken or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please email support@panvola.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can expedite your replacement.
