You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your drinkware must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any drinkware that has been used, washed, or removed from its original protective wrapping.
2. Items Exempt from Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used Drinkware: Any mugs, tumblers, or bottles that have been used.
- Personalized Items: Custom-printed or engraved products.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on "Sale" are final.
