Changed your mind? Tumblers and other non-mug items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Items shipped from our warehouse stock can be returned on the same terms, even mugs. Made-to-order mugs and personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind. We pay the return postage and email you a prepaid label.
